If possible, we would appreciate the home being vacated while we perform your air duct cleaning as the tools we use are quite loud and we do not want to disturb you.
Please leave a key under the mat or instructions if you use a smart lock so that we can enter your home.
We prefer that animals are secured if at all possible during service calls. If you have a watch dog, please let us know when you book so we can take appropriate precautions.
Please check that all registers and vents can be accessed freely, and that your furnace is not blocked or inaccessible. For insurance reasons, we can’t move furniture to access vents.
It usually takes us 1-2 hours to complete an air duct cleaning, but this depends on the size of the house and how much debris is in the ducts.
