All we require from management is access to the dryers and roof for fans, if applicable, and assistance in informing tenants that the dryers will be unavailable during cleaning. Beyond that, we will handle everything.
We request easy access to the building, either through a temporary key or key code, so that we can bring tools and supplies in and out without bothering management or reducing efficiency. All keys will be returned according to your building protocol. We are happy to work with management/maintenance.
When we provide you with an estimate, that is what you will be billed. If the job takes longer to complete, we will not charge you more than the estimated amount! This only changes if the project is altered by you or if our inspection finds damage to the vents that requires repair. Otherwise, we cover all supply costs, such as HVAC tape.
Please ensure that tenants are aware that dryers will be under maintenance during the service call. We handle everything else.
