You do not need to be home. The tools we use can be noisy so you are welcome to step away from the premises while we do our work or go to the other side of the home if it bothers you. But to do the best job possible we use air tools that unfortunately do make some noise.
Please leave a key under the mat or instructions if you use a smart lock so that we can enter your home.
We prefer that animals are secured if at all possible during service calls. If you have a watch dog, please let us know when you book so we can take appropriate precautions.
Please ensure there are no clothes in the dryer, that access to the dryer is not blocked or hindered in anyway. We will need enough room free to pull the dryer away from the wall to get behind it.
It is also important that we have a walkway clear from the door to your home to the dryer to bring our vacuum in.
Lastly, please ensure the outside vent is not blocked by anything such as a vehicle, wood, etc.
It usually takes us 45-60 minutes to complete a dryer vent cleaning but this depends on the length of the vent and how plugged it is.
