Yes, all humans and pets must vacate the home for the entire process of treatment and aeration. This generally takes 24-hours but in some cases may complete earlier. For extreme odor homes it may require multiple treatments.
Please leave a key under the mat or instructions if you use a smart lock so that we can enter your home.
All pets must be removed from the home during treatment and may not return until we conclude.
For best results the home should be as clean as possible. Clothes on the floor for instance will create a barrier which prevents full disinfection. Remove any valued plants from the home as levels of ozone may rise to a point that isn’t favorable for them.
It generally takes 2-8 hours for the initial phase, then 12-14 hours hour for final phase. We ask for 24 hours to complete a thorough odor blasting. We are happy to work with you on time. We can begin early in the morning and then you can have your home back by mid-day the following day.
